Long Beach e-waste drop-off — City of Long Beach LB Recycles programme

Conservation Corps of Long Beach — E-Waste Drop-Off

A permanent e-waste drop-off site run by the Conservation Corps of Long Beach and listed in the City of Long Beach's LB Recycles programme.

Area

Long Beach. We do not publish a street address here because it was not verified for this guide — get the exact address from the official listing linked below.

Hours & exceptions

Saturdays, 10am–2pm (per the City of Long Beach LB Recycles EcoGuide). CCLB also offers free e-waste pickup by appointment — details on the city page linked below.

What is accepted

E-waste only — TVs, computers, phones and other electronics.

Not accepted

No household hazardous waste here. The City of Long Beach routes HHW to the EDCO center in Signal Hill and the Gaffey S.A.F.E. Center in San Pedro — Long Beach runs no HHW center of its own. Solar panels are not accepted at county HHW events or permanent centers.

Transport limit

The LA County HHW programme's transport limit is 15 gallons or 125 lbs per trip (LA County DPW programme guidance). Pack items upright, keep them in their original containers where possible, and never mix chemicals. Acceptance and limits vary by centre — confirm before you go.

Before you go

Wipe personal data first: wipe a laptop, wipe a phone, handle old hard drives.
